Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive an email notification if your shipment is significantly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $50.

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at pradaclaude@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.
